Pros: Easy for me to get to penn station. Price was good. Cons: We were delayed in DC after the engine change. A problem with programming (?). A new crew took over in DC. They did. It seem sympathetic to our concerns about the delay. They could not give us info about a time line. I asked if our delay was minutes or hours. The response was given in a way that was not sensitive to the passengers. I understand it was frustrating for them also but customer service is part of their job. In the end we arrived safely. Tips: Bring food and water and things to keep you occupied.
