Rider Express

Pros: Bus driver on Salmon Arm run was very accomodating. Because the bus was late due to a highway closure (accident) we were kept updated by email. As our 5th communication said 6:00 pm pickup was probable, we went home. Soon after arriving there we got another email about 5:00 pm that the road was open now near Canoe and the bus was on its way. We barreled down to the pickup (other end of town, just as the bus was about to pull out. Driver saw us, stopped, loaded my luggage and we were off! Phew! He was very friendly and accomodating. Thanks! Tips: Keep frequent checks on your emails if the bus has been held up.
