Pros: Your bus drivers were all very professional and customer service oriented. We left Van on time but traffic and road conditions slowed us down so we were an hour behind schedule, but the drivers kept us informed and were driving according to what the road conditions required, for everyone's safety. Cons: I didn't care for the staff member I met at the Vancouver station. I arrived with exactly the same amount of luggage that I travelled with from West Kelowna the week before, but when I checked in your agent informed me that I would have to pay an extra $19-20 for a piece of luggage. I tried to point that out to her but she obviously didn't care nor want to hear what I had to say. Everything was packed and it was really inconvenient to get my wallet out to pay this unexpected extra fee. I felt like it was a bit of a gouge to get even more money from me. She was very unempathetic and somewhat rude in her behavior. Her customer service skills could use some improvement and your company needs to be more consistent. Tips: Make sure you take a charger with your phone to keep your contacts informed if you're going to be late.

Pros: Considering the planes weren't flying due to snow, we managed to get to our destination on the bus. Cons: More room for the seats. The wifi was spotty.

Pros: Space to stretch out---Post Covid there's no desire to sit closely next to strangers. Quiet and no dillydallying. Good express option, especially when the road conditions are good. Cons: The design of the seats is still lacking in comfort, as it's always been. But the extra legroom and limited capacity made a difference.
