Pros: Quiet, comfortable, and very efficient. Cons: Not deficiency noted at all. Tips: If all trips were like the one I did expect a very pleasant ride.

Pros: I love the Dartmouth Coach! Have taken it so many times to znYC and Boston. Never disappointed!!! Cons: Nothing.

Pros: A lifesaver after learning, last minute, that my Amtrak train was cancelled due to flooding. I had to be back in NYC, so my friend drove me from Montpelier to Hanover to catch the Dartmouth Coach to Boston, so I could transfer to another bus to my final destination, NYC. I knew that there might not be another train for days, due to the rainstorm that was to continue so the buses really pulled me out of a jam. Cons: Great that the seats had power source to charge my phone. I appreciated the availability of headphones and music. I did not avail myself of these amenities, but appreciated them.

Efficiency. Also the bus was pulling out in South Boston Station as I ran in the door......He stopped for me! I just had returned from Ireland and I was exhausted. What a sweetheart.

Pros: Nothing much, I was concerned by how long it took for me to reach my destination. Cons: Time keeping. Tips: None.

Everything was so timely. I arrived at my destination right on time or even somewhat before. Our driver was very kind and explained everything clearly with a sense of humor. Very spacious seating and nice amenities (coffee and snacks). My trip flew by.

Pros: It was on time and the cost was very reasonable. Cons: This particular driver did not have a clear speaking voice and it was hard to understand what he was saying. Tips: Bring a few snacks and a good book to rfead.

Pros: Dartmouth coach drivers are so friendly and helpful. Really makes a difference on these services. Cons: Price is a little steep and I would like them to offer a discount if you buy a round trip ticket.

Pros: Safe, quiet, plenty of social distancing. Cons: Bathrooms. Tips: Bring a set of plug in headphones to watch the movie or listen to their radio stations, however buses have WiFi.

Superb, careful driver. Excellent announcements, firm but friendly and despite bad weather, I felt totally safe all the way from Boston to Hanover.

Pros: Clean and they had a movie. Quiet as well. Fast ish wifi!! Cons: A tad bit expensive and outdated.
