Pros: It was quick and easy. There were lots of empty seats so you could choose where you wanted to sit and didn't have to sit next to anyone if you didn't want to. Cons: After booking my tickets I couldn't find any detailed information about my itinerary on the tickets that were directly sent to me after the purchase. I had no confirmation that the bus was a direct bus and whether it was stopping anywhere along the way. That might be an issue with the actual carrier (Trailways) itself. Turns out the bus arrived about 1h30 earlier than expected which was kind of a problem for me as I didn't know where to go this early in the morning when everything was closed. The wifi also sometimes was not working. I was glad I had a data plan on my phone already set up.

Pros: The bus was clean. Cons: Less climatization on the bus cause it was to cold, versus the temperature outside. Have a better wifi who allow to go on our social media and Netflix for example. Tips: Don’t force passengers to take an other bus even if it’s an express one because when passengers had a reservation for an hotel they have to wait hours outside like us or paid the hotel for doing the check in before.
