Pros: Seat was comfortable (though second one wouldn't recline) and staff very helpful/ responsive; second driver in particular did an excellent job checking in about the AC, and updating us on the traffic/ ETA. Cons: checking the seats to make sure reclining function works, but otherwise... the trip took an hour or so longer than scheduled, but it was smooth at least, and you guys can't control the traffic.

Pros: On time. Cons: The connection time of 15 minutes from arrival to Bos to NYC at South Station was not sufficient. I did not have ligggage and I proceeded from my bus from Barnstable to the bus to NYC and was told I was late and the doors were closed. Luckily a gentleman who works at South Station talked to the driver and she let me in the bus after scanning my ticket. I did not have luggage and I was seated in front of the bus that took me to South .Station from Barnstable. Fifteen minutes is not enough time to change buses since NYC traffic to Boston is often delayed. OI am now on the bus for my return trip. I am hoping I can make the transfer successfully. I am sitting in front of the bus so I should be ok IF the bus that just left Port Authority NYC is on time.

Pros: From Hyannis to Providence Driver Bedard was excellent and the bus was clean and new. But we started late due to late arrival of connecting bus at Hyannis. Cons: Bus from Providence to NY was a bit worse for wear. The outlet didn’t work. The driver threatened to throw folks off the bus if they didn’t follow rules. Seemed unnecessary. And she rode the horn a great deal. A jerky ride.

Pros: Your drivers are wonderful. I felt they were looking out for me. They kept riders informed and were personable. Cons: The bathroom was clean but bus bathrooms aren’t ever great place to be. I don’t know what can be done.
