More communication AND wishing staff would be more helpful in lifting luggage out. They watched an older woman struggle without offering to lift it off train. Rude.

The man that collects tickets was very helpful when I was looking for a working bathroom. He took me there himself. Very nice.
Power outlet didn’t work. Needed to move to a different seat.
Don’t talk so loud on phone. Other people don’t want to listen to your conversation.
