Pros: I actually ended up missing my original bus time departure from Los Angeles accidentally, however, the staff was very helpful in getting me to Houston regardless. I'm very grateful for their kindness! Cons: The seats weren't as comfy as promoted, and there wasn't that much leg space. I understand that those things are what they are since the bus can only be so big. The wifi could've definitely been better though, since the service only worked every so often. Tips: Be more courteous and considerate of other passengers by wearing headphones, keeping their phone conversations to themselves so the whole bus can't hear them, and don't try to fight with other passengers in front of the whole bus over nonsense.
