Pros: On time. Much easier than flying these days. Bus driver, Tony, was very friendly. Cons: The women’s restroom at the Buffalo station was absolutely filthy. The other stations were clean (Syracuse, Rochester) Wi-Fi was not working on the buses.

Received the bus info for the 2nd leg of the trip really close to when it arrived and would have preferred to receive the information earlier to be prepared! Tips: Easy and cheap!
