Pros: It was comfortable and a lot of communication. Cons: The time. My train was considerably delayed to New Haven. Although, other than that it was good. Also, the price could be a bit cheaper. Tips: I didn't know the gate is posted 15 minutes before your train is supposed to arrive, so you don't have to get to the station super early.
