Pros: Our trip to NYC was great! We arrived early and the very nice man working the desk was able to get us on an earlier train so we arrived ahead of schedule! ❤️❤️❤️. Cons: First time on Amtrak and we did not understand how seating worked so would have loved more information. Once we found our seat super smooth trip. 😉. Tips: Not really. Our train ride was only an hour so I don’t know.
