Pros
It was an hour late getting out of Boston but left only a half hour late in New Haven and got into New York only 15 min. late. He went a way I have never done but enjoyed the different route. I don't think there was WiFi as the phone didn't work but didn't care.

All good

Pros
An air-conditioned cabin/waiting area is very needed in the extreme weather, so that was good that I could wait inside the doors at the Greyhound station.
Cons
It was a bit unclear to me where I need to wait so that was a little stressful.
Tips
Stay inside the Greyhound terminal
