Pros: It was smooth and arrived earlier than expected actually. Cons: I’m not sure if it was just my phone or my impatience but I was struggling to connect to the Wi-Fi so I gave up and stuck to my data. Tips: Do some stretching or movement before and after long rides to minimize body tension and aches.

Pros: La puntualidad al salir. La simpatía del conductor La ayuda del conductor, quien se tomó el trabajo de llamar a los encargados de cambiarme el pasaje, ya que me había equivocado y compré el pasaje para el lunes 12 cuando en realidad debíamos viajar el domingo 11!! Cons: Todo perfecto. Tips: Compren sus tickets en esta empresa. Totalmente recomendable.

Pros: It was on time and efficient. I got to my destination exactly as promised. Cons: I would love if the seats had the ability to recline. Tips: Make sure to bring a portable charger just in case there are no outlets on the bus.

OurBus Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your OurBus ticket up to 24 hours before your trip’s departure time in exchange for a full credit that you can use toward a future OurBus trip. To quickly and easily cancel your trip, click the “Cancel Ticket” button on the ticket emailed to you by OurBus. You can also log in to your account on the OurBus website, find your ticket under “My Passes,” and select the option to cancel that ticket.

After your ticket is cancelled, the amount you paid for your ticket will be transferred to your OurBus Wallet immediately. This credit in your OurBus Wallet can be used for future purchases with OurBus, and is valid for up to 5 years. Please keep in mind that OurBus tickets are non-refundable, and cannot be cancelled after the bus has departed.

Although your OurBus reservation cannot be changed or rescheduled, if you’d like to make any changes to your travel plans, you can simply cancel your ticket and use the money in your Ourbus Wallet to book a new ticket.

Wanderu also offers an affordable trip protection option by Allianz Global Assistance that you can purchase when booking your tickets. In addition to 24-hour assistance during your trip and other benefits, trip protection can help you get your money back in case you need to cancel or change your OurBus booking. You may file a claim to be reimbursed if you do not travel on your bus trip due to covered reasons such as extreme weather, illness, or required work shifts.

If you are planning to travel with OurBus, keep in mind that each passenger is allowed one large piece of luggage up to 50 lbs (23 kg) that can be stored under the bus. The total exterior dimensions (length + width + height) of the bag or suitcase should not exceed 62 inches. You can also bring one small carry-on bag that can fit in the overhead compartment or under the seat in front of you.

If you’re looking to bring additional luggage that needs to be placed in the cargo hold under the bus, you will be required to book an additional ticket to make sure the carrier will accept it and it will successfully make it to your final destination.

Yes, there are power outlets onboard OurBus buses. You can generally find one or two sockets per row of seats, so be a good traveller and check if your seat neighbor might want to charge up their devices as well. With the onboard power outlets, you can charge both a computer and USB devices with a USB power adapter that typically comes with most phones and tablets.

Since OurBus might sometimes use replacement bus vehicles, not all trips are guaranteed to have power points. We recommend to bring a power bank to charge your phone for all trips over 2 hours, just in case.
