Pros: Online. Great site ..safe and easy ticket purchase for both Gryhound and Amtrak!! Cons: Greyhound bus drivers should converse less ..especially after midnight when passenger's sleep was disturbed ..or during day when voice amplification is ...too loud! Otherwise all drivers were nice, helpful and thoroughly professional! Tips: Carry ample bottles of drinking water!
