Cons: My bus driver missed the stop. Then he called me to tell me he missed the stop and ask if I can get a ride to Windsor, which I did then he drove me in the passenger van, talking with the phone in his hand for most of the trip. Tips: Think twice.

Pros: The start was bad, it was an hour late and there was no communications before hand. The message i got was that will be 15mnts late at 7:10am but actually it was an hour late. The stop can be improved. Please stop at that place where there are more options to eat. Cons: Please be on time. Wifi never works. Half of the ports never works.

Pros: Very convenient and affordable. Cons: Location information on Scarborough area. Tips: Please book early and be there at least 15 minutes before the bus departs.

The trip was advertised to have wifi and it was so disappointing that there wasn't any

Pros: We sat in front seat, good view, driver expert, very safe and courteous driver. Cons: Driver 1/2 hr late. Earlier starting time so traffic not so challenging in Toronto area. No wonder we were nearly 2 hrs late. No benches for waiting. Especially when bus late. Tips: Have water or hand sanitizer in bathroom. Have toilet paper in bathroom. Have electrical plugins that work.
