Pros: The driver was very kind and friendly. Cons: The bus was very dirty and smells really bad. The price is fine but keeping a bus in good condition and clean doesn't cost too much. I decided to take another bus in my trip back to Toronto because of that situation. Tips: Keep in mind the bus is dirty and smells like cigarette.

Pros: The price was reasonable. Cons: The bus was delayed 50 min. And the driver parked wrong side way.. I could understood because it seemed like the driver was the first time to work. Of course, I arrived lately one and half hours. I lated my plan and my family had to wait me. Also, the driver didn’t tell we would stop by gas station. I had to putted my lugagge by myself.

Pros: The bus comes after hours than scheduled and me and my families 3 people didn’t get any updates scheduled change their other 4 passengers were wondering with us the driver never apologized or sayings any thing about delays. Cons: Drivers must learn how to provide better hospitality and need good customer service. Tips: NA.
