Burlington Trailways Cancellation Policy

Burlington Trailways tickets are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled, so please pay close attention to the details of the tickets you book.

You can exchange your Burlington Trailways bus ticket for a different travel date by speaking with Trailways staff at the bus station. There is a $20 USD ticket rescheduling fee, which must be paid in person to Trailways. Tickets are non-exchangeable after the bus’ scheduled departure time.
