Is there WiFi onboard RegioJet?

Yes RegioJet offers WiFi connection onboard their train trips. Though most trips with RegioJet will have WiFi as advertised, some trips might not come equipped with Wifi and onboard WiFi can lose its connection in rural areas. We recommend you bring a book or download a movie just to play it safe. RegioJet WiFi is generally best used for surfing the web, checking emails and chatting with friends, you shouldn’t count on the WiFi to binge watch your favorite show.

Are there power outlets on a RegioJet train? Are there USB plugs?

Yes, there are power outlets onboard RegioJet train trips. You can generally find one or two plugs per row of seats, so be a good traveler and check if your seat neighbor might want to charge up their devices as well. With the onboard power outlets, you can charge both a computer and USB devices with a power outlet USB converter that typically come with most phones and tablets. Since RegioJet might sometimes use replacement train vehicles, not all trips are guaranteed to have power outlets. We recommend to bring a power bank to charge your phone for all trips over 2 hours, just in case.

Does RegioJet offer will call tickets, that you pick up at the station?

No, currently RegioJet does not offer will call tickets. You should purchase your tickets online and make sure you have everything you need to board before you arrive at the station or stop.

Do you need an ID to get on a RegioJet train?

Yes, RegioJet requires you to present an ID to an agent to be allowed to board the train. Make sure you have identification issued by a government agency that meets the carrier’s requirements. Alternative IDs, like a college ID, won’t work.

Can you use your phone to board RegioJet?

Yes, you can use your phone to get onboard RegioJet train. Simply show your confirmation code on your phone to the agent. If you booked on Wanderu, confirmation codes for your upcoming trip are in your My Trips for most carriers.

Are there bathrooms on RegioJet trains?

Yes, there are bathrooms on RegioJet train trips. The bathrooms are pretty basic and include a toilet, toilet paper and hand sanitizer. Most bathrooms don’t have running water. As you will be using a bathroom on a moving vehicle, please use caution and hold on to a rail at all times.

Are meals or beverages offered onboard RegioJet trips?

Don’t worry about being parched while traveling with RegioJet as they offer a beverage service to make sure you stay hydrated. Though we always recommend bringing a reusable water bottle with you to make sure you have water within easy reach and help reduce unnecessary plastic waste.

Does RegioJet offer any premium features like extra legroom, movies or TV?

RegioJet goes the extra distance to deliver up-class offerings to its customers. RegioJet really puts out the red carpet for their customers. Onboard every RegioJet train, there is an attendant to tend to your needs. Movies are provided during the train trip to keep you entertained. Don’t forget to bring your favorite pair of headphones, as not all carriers offer headphones on the train. We recommend in-ear noise cancelling headphones as the best choice for the frequent traveler due to their small size. Whether you want to catch up on the news, keep up with the financial markets, or cheer along to the big game, you can take advantage of the satellite TV offered by RegioJet. Just remember, there’s no judging what other passengers choose to watch. Do you find yourself squished in a regular seat or just love having extra room to sprawl out? Well you’re in luck as RegioJet advertises that they offer extra legroom seating. Since there is no standard of what extra legroom is, the extra space you might get varies from carrier to carrier, but getting extra is always good. We all need a break from staring at a screen all day. RegioJet provides passengers with options of recent newspapers and magazines to flip through during the trip. Board games are all the rage these days and RegioJet is keeping up with the latest trends by providing games you can play with your seat neighbors.
