Pros: I’m handicapped and needed assistance in boarding. A ramp was quickly provided, and I was soon aboard. The conductor asked if I needed further assistance, and notified me as we approached Dover. Cons: None. Tips: This service is an absolute bargain. It quick, safe, and reliable.

One of the top attractions in the city is the Children's Museum of New Hampshire, where children will actually enjoy learning their history! Link to image attributionThe Portland Transportation Center is located at 100 Thompsons Pt Rd, about two miles from Portland's Old Port area. Concord Coach Lines buses and Amtrak's Downeaster trains en route to Boston or Brunswick stop at this station. Inside the station, you'll find plenty of seating, restrooms, vending machines, and information desks for each travel company. In addition, there is plenty of paid parking in front of the station available to passengers.
100 Thompsons Pt Rd
The Dover Transportation Center at 33 Chestnut St is a stop on Amtrak's Downeaster route between Brunswick, Maine, and Boston. Local transit buses also stop at this station, so you can easily travel within Dover after arriving by train. The train station has spacious parking and disabled access. The Dover Transportation Center leases out the first floor to Bubby's Bagel & Deli, which opens daily. The station has plenty of seats for passengers waiting for the train, and the small building is clean and well-maintained.
