Lux Bus Baggage Policy
With Lux Bus, passengers are allowed to bring up to 2 pieces of luggage with a maximum weight of 50lbs each, along with a carry on and personal item. A person item may include a purse, backpack or laptop carrier. Any additional bags will be charged a $10 baggage fee. Any additional bag fees can be paid for on the day of departure.
Lux Bus Refund Policy
The Lux Bus refund policy states that there will be no refunds given for delays or issued due to weather, traffic or mechanical issues. However, credits may be issued when merited by the company.
For any changes or cancellations, please contact Lux Bus directly to their reservation line at 1-877-610-7870 at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled trip. The reservation line is open between 7am and 9pm PST. If you do not call 24 hours before your trip, you should expect full charge of your reservation to be non-refundable.
During your travels with Lux Bus, you will enjoy many amenities such as the comfort of leather seats, dvd players with large screen monitors, wifi, seatback trays and cup holders as well as an On Board Coach attendant that will be handing out complimentary beverages and light snacks, pillows and blankets at your request.
Lux Bus also provides you with restroom facilities on board for your comfort and convenience.
Lux Bus encourages their passengers with wheelchairs who wish to travel with them to please let them know with plenty of time in advance. This also includes letting them know if they need to be lifted onto the bus so that they may prepare accordingly.
