Fall is almost here – the air is getting cooler, the days are getting shorter, and the leaves are getting gorgeous! Every Wednesday afternoon, I Love NY releases its Fall Foliage Report, allowing you to easily find out exactly where the leaves are changing. Leaf-spotters across the state provide ongoing updates of the colors you can currently see and what you can expect to find during the coming week.

You can find plenty of bus routes from New York City to beautiful areas around the state, including Ithaca, Lake George, and Saratoga Springs. Of course, you don’t have to live in NYC to find a cheap and convenient trip to any of these gorgeous foliage areas. You can easily hop on a bus and get from Montreal to Lake Placid, Boston to Buffalo, or Philadelphia to Syracuse.
