Pros: The bus from NewYork to Hartford was very good and on time.,. Cons: The service from Washington to new York was not the clean and it was delayed by half an hour at Washington and by the time we reach new York it was 1 and half hour delay and we missed the connection bus to hatford.. luckily for us there was some empty seats in the next connection bus.. otherwise we should have waited 2 more hours for next service.
