Pros: I enjoyed that the trip was on time and that the staff was kind as always. Cons: The “bus stop” in Huntsville is absolutely terrible unfortunately. As great as the bus ride was, the stop was in the middle of the street, nowhere to sit and no shelter. In -30 degrees, snow, and cold, it was quite terrible waiting for the bus. Tips: Be prepared for less-than-ideal bus stops in more rural areas, dress warmly, and be prepared if you have any sort of disability to not have anywhere to sit of shelter from the weather. The staff is always amazing, and the buses are comfy and equipped with a washroom which is amazing. Very grateful for the service - just wish there could be any sort of shelter in Huntsville.
