Pros: I thought it was a solid experience. Nothing was exceptional, but across the board I felt that it was done as well as it could be expected. Cons: Nothing much at all. I wish it could have been quicker, but that factor cannot be controlled by anyone involved so i don't mind. Tips: Bring a small soft pillow for your neck or lower back if you intend to sleep on the bus.

Pros: The bus was on time. Cons: The driver could be courteous to the travelers. Especially the driver who drove us from Bloomington to Indy was very rude in her voice and gestures. I think nobody would want to be treated like that. In fact the driver herself would not want to be treated so harshly like that. I think you should have a good refresher program for the drivers to maintain their calm/cool.

Miller Transportation Bus Guide & FAQs

Do Miller Transportation buses have WiFi?

Yes, Miller Transportation offers WiFi on their buses. Although most trips with Miller Transportation will have WiFi as advertised, some buses might not come equipped with WiFi and onboard WiFi can lose its connection in rural areas. We recommend you bring a book or download a movie just to play it safe. Miller Transportation WiFi is generally best used for surfing the web, checking emails and chatting with friends; you shouldn’t count on the WiFi to binge watch your favorite show.

Are there power outlets or USB plugs on the bus?

Yes, there are power outlets onboard Miller Transportation buses. You can generally find one or two sockets per row of seats, so be a good traveller and check if your seat neighbor might want to charge up their devices as well. With the onboard power outlets, you can charge both a computer and USB devices with a USB power adapter that typically comes with most phones and tablets.

Since Miller Transportation might sometimes use replacement bus vehicles, not all trips are guaranteed to have power points. We recommend to bring a power bank to charge your phone for all trips over 2 hours, just in case.
