The primary bus station in Green Bay is the transportation center on University Ave, located on the east side of Fox River. Although there are no restaurants or retailers in the area around the station, the building has restrooms, vending machines, and seating for a comfortable wait. Buses pull up to the covered bus bays in front of the building. Greyhound, Jefferson Lines, and Indian Trails run intercity routes to this station, and Green Bay Metro buses run routes from the station to areas in Green Bay.

The Portland Transportation Center is located at 100 Thompsons Pt Rd, about two miles from Portland's Old Port area. Concord Coach Lines buses and Amtrak's Downeaster trains en route to Boston or Brunswick stop at this station.
