Amtrak

Pros: The bus left on time and arrived at the destination on time. The price of the ticket was worth the experience. The bus driver was friendly and helpful! Cons: It wasn't until we were on the bus that it was announced that the AC wasn't working, neither were the charging outlets under the seats. Tips: Arrive to the station a few minutes early and have your ticket ready!

Amtrak

Pros: I like that they are always on time and I don;t have to miss my train and the driver is a great driver so I felt safe. Cons: It would be absolutely great if when we got to the bus station at 4 in the morning that the station would be open because it's very cold outside not to mention as a solo traveler and a woman it's a little bit scary. Tips: I definitely recommend wanderu.
