Amtrak

Pros: Everything. Lovely and comfortable and warm too. Also great having a bathroom. Cons: The only thing was that the bus did not say where it was going, and the number quoted was not on the outside. I had to go and ask if that was the bus going to Oshkosh. I was looking for the one with the quoted number. Tips: No.

Amtrak

Pros: Clean bus, plenty of room, friendly driver, on time. Easy to book ticket. Great price. Cons: I wasn’t sure where to go at the Milwaukee airport for pickup. Would be nice to include a few details online. Tips: At Milwaukee airport go to arrivals platform for buses and shuttles. There is a staffed kiosk on the island and the person can give you details where the bus will pick you up.

Amtrak

Pros: Hassle free, I didn't have to drive and got to read the whole journey! The driver was genuinely friendly, helpful and courteous. I would totally do this again! Cons: I think there were seat lights, but I could not find the switch, didn't ask as I didn't want to disturb the driver...a card to explain would have been helpful (like in airplanes). Tips: be on time! Bus leaves promptly! I have no idea if there was working wifi on board...I used the trip as an opportunity to switch off.
