Pros: The price; comfort; the space; the seating; the staff; Wi-Fi and outlets; the food; and the pace of the ride. Cons: Staff could be little firmer with passengers who are dunk or intoxicated and create a disturbance on the train. Those persons should be moved away from the general population; and/ or put off the train. Tips: Amtrak is a good deal, and can be great if we do our part as customers/riders. Please be considerate of your fellow passengers; and even more importantly, the train staff, who work so hard to make our experience(s) enjoyable.
