Pros: I felt that physically the driver was a good driver. There was a lot of construction and detours going on around the bus station and luckily he did not take an underpass that was too low. It was on one of those street detours. He was nervous and sweating but he backed the bus all the way back to safety. Good job on that. Cons: Our bus driver had a "potty mouth" and one hand he seemed friendy but on the other hand I suspect he has a history of anger issues. Some people he seemed to speak to "ok" and some he seem to "bark at". I think his use of profanity and a particular situation and towards other drivers was too much. He needs to clean up his mouth and learn to talk to people with a little more professionalism even when they ask "dumb" questions. He was great with me but he should be that way with everyone. I am a teacher so these soft skills are so important to me as I teach my 5th graders. I hate to make this comment but I use the bus system several times a year and I need to be honest. Tips: Not at this time. I thought this bus load of people were generally helpful to each other and kind.

Pros: Not having to drive, getting to be a passenger. Cons: The bathroom was filthy on both my ride to and from Milwaukee. Our ride back was delayed and an update on this would have been appreciated. Then in addition to our 30 minute delay the driver gave us another 20 minute stop, further delaying out return home. Tips: na.
