I was annoyed. The bus was 30 minutes late arriving at our departure point. The visibility was very poor. The bus driver was very efficient competent. I definitely appreciate a personal phone call from the bus company to let me know that the bus would be arriving late for departure. That was great customer service.

My reservation requested passengers to be present 15 minutes before the scheduled departure. The bus did not arrive until after the schedule departure time. However, the bus did arrive at his destination on time.
