Pros: I really enjoyed my trip. Ir was comfortable and a great experience. The driver was excellent and I felt safe the entire time. The ride was smooth and everything ran on time, making the journey stress free down to Los Angeles. However, the bus could have been cleaner. Overall it was still pleasant and relaxing. Cons: I was expecting to sit in the seat I selected, but when I got on the bus, I was to l that wasn't the case. Next time, I would like to sit in the seat I chose.
