Greenville is a city in North Carolina, not to be mistaken with the city of the same name one state south. The city is known as a college town, as it is home to East Carolina University. Greenville offers different opportunities for outdoor entertainment and family-friendly outings. Kansas City International Airport is located 15 miles northwest of Downtown.
