The bus was FREEZING cold the entire trip. I have never been so cold. When we stopped in barstow i asked if the temp could be adjusted. N the driver didnt say a word. There were other passengers that complained as well. But no adjustment was made. My nose was runny n hands were freezing when i reached my destimation.

Pros: i got from point A to point B. Cons: the driver and staff was rude and unprofessional, and they charged me money then i was expecting it to be when i got there. Also: the person sitting in front of me was also very uncouth. Tips: Wanderu is a good service, however i'll never ride with Megabus/Windstar again unless there's no other option. Thank You. :).

Pros: The bus driver taking responsibility. Cons: Limit loud music late at night and know more of the start of Express Lanes, working WiFi.

Pros: The views during the afternoon were off the hook. I appreciate being able to gaze out at the desert, as opposed to when doing the drive myself. Also, minimal PA announcements. Cons: More specific instructions on where exactly to depart at the cavernous LA Union Station. ... My cupholder was broken; this could be fixed. Tips: Please be considerate re cell phones: keep conversations to a minumum and keep ringtones low. Do NOT use your speaker phone; it's just rude.

Pros: that I met some pretty nice people on the bus and the driver give instruction. Cons: 1. cup hold to hold large size water bottles 2. hook for your purse to hang. Tips: I felt very safe.

Pros: The ride was smooth and the stops were brief. We had enough time to go to the bathroom but it wasn't too long to prolong our trip to the final destination. Cons: I was too hot. I know I get hot easily so I didn't complain but the heat was blasting and it triggered my asthma a bit. Tips: Just sit back and relax.

Pros: I liked the accuracy of arrival time, 20 min break, smooth driving. Cons: Searing, as my seat was un assigned (no idea how to book an assigned seat as there was no option for that) Passengers have put their bags on the empty seats or their feet with shoes on which was a little rude and dirty I sat next to a guy who smelled alcohol and had many bags with him that i had to give him half of my seat cause one wasn’t enough for him. Tips: Arrive on time and stand on line Put your luggage on line so you don’t have to stand there for 30 minutes I didn’t know i could do that to reserve my spot I was first to arrive and last to get on because I didn’t want to stand in the line for 30-60 minutes.
