Pros: The lady at old Saybrook ticket was the most helpful and pleasant lady. God bless her for helping me the way she did.also two amtrak employees help us at our destination very thankful. Cons: Not complaining but the train was about 20 minutes late . Tips: Set back and enjoy your train ride.
