Pros: What I liked about trip was staff was accommodating, didn’t have my printed ticket and I arrived late due to train delay. I asked for bus to be held for a few minutes. I arrived at boarding time and made it home for Christmas! Cons: Electronic tickets over printed tickets. I do not see the need for paper ticket. Tips: Bring your phone charging cable with USB connection, no USB-C was available on .

Pros: Everything was great from beginning to end. No complaints with bus trip. However, there need to b more seating at port authority where you wait for bus. Cons: More seating at Port Authority. Wi Fi would b nice on bus. Tips: Good deal.
