Jet Set Express

I would let the passengers know ahead of time when purchasing tickets that this route makes frequent stops to pick up other passengers. The bus driver could also let the passengers know as we are stopping where we are and for how long as a courtesy I was completely caught off guard by the stopping and picking up of passengers.

July 25, 2022- Visiting family

Jet Set Express

Pros: I got there safely and on time. That's most important to me. Thank you. Cons: Seating accommodations are a bit too tight, especially because the bus was filled to capacity. The long hours of travel, as well as adherence to the presence of covid still existing among us, should be given consideration. Tips: Stop behaving as if they all paid for two (2) seats. Understand that someone is likely to sit next to you and be respectful.
