Greyhound

Cons: The bus which was supposed to depart from Durham on June 17th station was pretty late. when I was booking the ticket, the system did not tell me the bus would go to RaILeigh first, and I had to get on another bus from there to Wilmington. When I got to Durham station, a skinny African American guy who wears glasses did not tell me what was going on in detail. He was not patient and had very poor communication skill. I had to call Lift to get Raleigh which costed me 30 USD. I first arrived at Greyhound Raleigh station at 6:30 pm on June 18th after I got on the greyhound bus to Durham from WIlmington. A lady who works at cumstomer service I met at the raleigh station said that she doesn't know when the bus to durham would come. I did not know I could track the bus through my mobile phone at that time, so I asked her about that. She was really impatient and rude. Later, she told me that the Greyhound bus to Durham wouldn't be there untill around 10:25 pm. I had to ride the city bus rounte 1, and go triangle bus 100 and 700 to get home. Overall, the trip was so terrible. By the way, wifi on board was not woking well. Tips: It is better to get the bus station early before your depart time.
