Pros: I enjoy riding the train to Chicago from St. Louis. I enjoy the atmosphere; comfort and freedom to walk from one car to another. Tips: Please enjoy the ride. Respect others by not talking on your phone the entire trip. They may be relaxing, reading or simply enjoying the train experience.

Pros: The trains punctuality was impressive. I liked the organization of staff and signs at Union Station. It made it easy to navigate where it's not normally. Cons: I wish you offered student discounts. Tips: Don't be afraid to ask for help, the staff is knowledgeable. Give yourself plenty of time to get from point A to point B. Even if everything is on time it can take longer than expected.

Pros: Getting to my destination.this is the second time my train didn’t arrive on time I traveled January 16 and we was more than two hours late. Didn’t even get compensated for that. Cons: The seats. Tips: Be prepared to be late and bring a neck pillow.

Pros: The people were nice. Cons: The bathroom door lock was broken felt very uncomfortable people kept walking by seeing me use the washroom from time to time whenever I had to use it that was the only thing.
