Pros
Once we got boarded and pleasant ride to Chicago.
Cons
The delay.
Tips
Get the Amtrak app so you can watch the train status. I was at the station for 2 1/2 + hours before the train arrived. It was delayed. If I had the app I might of arrived earlier to get on the train before.
