Pros: The WIFI was very weak this has to improve. Cons: The bus is little old so the seats are not comfortable this could be improved either by renovating the seats or having better buses.

Pros: Ease & comfort. Cons: Maintain the timings , as many travel to Seattle airport , so the timing part is very crucial. Tips: Don’t carry any vegetable , grains or uncooked food while Crossing the Borders.

Pros: The driver was very lovely to interact with and I was glad I could purchase a ticket online last minute as a late flight made me miss my original bus. Cons: I couldn’t work out how to book through the Quick Shuttle website so booked through Wanderu which was very easy. Tips: Bring a long cable if you intend to charge a device as the ports are located above your head.

Convenience

Pros: On time, comfortable, and friendly driver. Cons: There should definitely be seatbelts on the coaches. This wouldn't cost much to add and would dramatically improve safety.

The bus arrived within the arrival window for pickup however I was never told that there was a window. From the time I was told, the bus was 12 minutes late for pickup with no indication

No seatbelts, theoretically wifi is there but doesn't work

Pros: Our friendly driver. Unfortunately for quick shuttle, there were only three four passengers but schedule was kept which I appreciated. Cons: I like this service a lot. Very convenient for me location wise and always had a quick departure after my flight. Tips: Enjoy...

Pros: Bus Driver was informative, helpful, friendly, humorous and I felt safe on the road with him behind the wheel. We also arrived early which was a pleasant surprise!!!! Cons: dont know. Tips: Great way to go to Seattle.

very convenient

Pros: The bus ride offered a scenic view of northern Washington, leading into Vancouver. Also, it was convenient to charge mobile devices in the bus. Cons: Minor etiquette rules on the bus would help. During our 4 hr bus ride, a rowdy group of tourists sat directly behind and across from us. They talked loudly and distracted the driver with questions like "changing the clock from Seattle time to Vancouver time" and "the species of plants on the side of the road.". Tips: Utilize bathroom breaks well. WiFi is unsecure and requires sign in.

Pros: It was very comfortable! I loved being able to enjoy the scenery without the hassle of actual driving myself. I enjoyed a nap as well- it was really quite wonderful! I was able to meet my friends - it was seamless! Cons: The signage as to where the boarding area was was confusing. I circled around the block several times plus asked people.

Pros: Just got to cross the US Border. Cons: Nope. Tips: I do not think if we could come back in the future?

Pros: It was good sightseeing and enjoyable riding. We will go back in future. Thank you for your wonderful service. Cons: Only one thing is to clean the restroom. I can smell bad odor when I say in back. Tips: No command.
