Pros
The driver was very lovely to interact with and I was glad I could purchase a ticket online last minute as a late flight made me miss my original bus.
Cons
I couldn’t work out how to book through the Quick Shuttle website so booked through Wanderu which was very easy.
Tips
Bring a long cable if you intend to charge a device as the ports are located above your head.

Our friendly driver. Unfortunately for quick shuttle, there were only three four passengers but schedule was kept which I appreciated.
Cons
I like this service a lot. Very convenient for me location wise and always had a quick departure after my flight.

Pros
The bus ride offered a scenic view of northern Washington, leading into Vancouver. Also, it was convenient to charge mobile devices in the bus.
Cons
Minor etiquette rules on the bus would help. During our 4 hr bus ride, a rowdy group of tourists sat directly behind and across from us. They talked loudly and distracted the driver with questions like "changing the clock from Seattle time to Vancouver time" and "the sp...More
Tips
Utilize bathroom breaks well. WiFi is unsecure and requires sign in.

Pros
Extremely friendly driver, clean bus, being early, super quick custom
Tips
There was a lady talking on the speaker phone for almost ab hour and I was a bit irritated. I thought it is common sense not to do such thing? Regardless, this doesn’t have much to do with Quick Shuttle.

Pros
On time, comfortable, and friendly driver.
Cons
There should definitely be seatbelts on the coaches. This wouldn't cost much to add and would dramatically improve safety.

Pros
Comfort riding
Cons
There should be assigned seat number during booking. The problem is when you get on the bus in Richmond, there are almost no seats available in front, and if you are a family, instead of sitting together, you are scattered. Wifi is slow
Tips
Get your roaming data before you travel. Wifi onboard is very slow.

Route INFORMATION!! Where EXACTLY do you go and where are your stop points? I would've picked a different end point had it actually been available around noon rather than first thing in the morning. You need GREATER variety for travel times in one day! DUTY FREE OPTION ...More
Tips
Make sure you have your bags packed and prepared to be rifled through at the Canadian Border.

Is there WiFi onboard Quick Shuttle?

Yes Quick Shuttle offers WiFi connection onboard their bus trips. Though most trips with Quick Shuttle will have WiFi as advertised, some trips might not come equipped with Wifi and onboard WiFi can lose its connection in rural areas. We recommend you bring a book or download a movie just to play it safe. Quick Shuttle WiFi is generally best used for surfing the web, checking emails and chatting with friends, you shouldn’t count on the WiFi to binge watch your favorite show.

Are there power outlets on a Quick Shuttle bus? Are there USB plugs?

Yes, there are power outlets onboard Quick Shuttle bus trips. You can generally find one or two plugs per row of seats, so be a good traveler and check if your seat neighbor might want to charge up their devices as well. With the onboard power outlets, you can charge both a computer and USB devices with a power outlet USB converter that typically come with most phones and tablets. Since Quick Shuttle might sometimes use replacement bus vehicles, not all trips are guaranteed to have power outlets. We recommend to bring a power bank to charge your phone for all trips over 2 hours, just in case.

Does Quick Shuttle offer will call tickets, that you pick up at the station?

No, currently Quick Shuttle does not offer will call tickets. You should purchase your tickets online and make sure you have everything you need to board before you arrive at the station or stop.

Do you need an ID to get on a Quick Shuttle bus?

Yes, Quick Shuttle requires you to present an ID to an agent to be allowed to board the bus. Make sure you have identification issued by a government agency that meets the carrier’s requirements. Alternative IDs, like a college ID, won’t work.

Can you use your phone to board Quick Shuttle?

Yes, you can use your phone to get onboard Quick Shuttle bus. Simply show your confirmation code on your phone to the agent. If you booked on Wanderu, confirmation codes for your upcoming trip are in your My Trips for most carriers.

Are there bathrooms on Quick Shuttle buses?

No, there are no bathrooms available on Quick Shuttle bus trips. Though there are no bathrooms onboard, typically breaks are scheduled in the itinerary to allow passengers to use bathroom facilities along the way.

Are meals or beverages offered onboard Quick Shuttle trips?

Quick Shuttle does not offer meals or beverages onboard. We recommend you bring a drink and some snacks for your trip. We also suggest packing a reusable water bottle with you to reduce your impact on the environment. Most carriers, though, do not allow you to bring your own alcoholic drinks.

Does Quick Shuttle offer any premium features like extra legroom, movies or TV?

Quick Shuttle goes the extra distance to deliver up-class offerings to its customers. Movies are provided during the bus trip to keep you entertained. Don’t forget to bring your favorite pair of headphones, as not all carriers offer headphones on the bus. We recommend in-ear noise cancelling headphones as the best choice for the frequent traveler due to their small size.

Quick Shuttle serves travelers in Canada, United States of America with bus service to 6 destinations. These are the most popular Quick Shuttle schedules and routes.
