Pros: I could just sit and relax. Cons: It was a bumpy ride. Tips: Choose departure time in the morning before noon for less traffic.

Pros: I liked that it was very straightforward trip with no stops. Bus was also not fully booked which was nice to have that extra room. Cons: Unloading the bag process.

Pros: Funny driver and kind staff. We got to Bethesda more than half an hour early! Made great time and I appreciate not stopping. Booked only a couple hours before departure and it could not have been easier. Cons: I think the bus would be cramped if more tickets were sold but my ride was very comfortable. Tips: Very easy, highly recommend this bus.

Enforcement of no loud phone conversations! My trip was spoiled by the passenger in front of me, even though I politely asked her to please keep her voice down.

Pros: I enjoyed my trip but did not enjoy the bus nor did I enjoy the services that they provided. Cons: Labeling your buses so that customers know which bus to get on upon arrival. Tips: Make sure that you get there three hours before your actual departure because otherwise it is very unorganized..

Pros: It was ok. Cons: Our trip had two stops to make, on the first stop I looked at the window and noticed that my bag was outside of the bus!! on the ground!! and no one said a thing! I got out fast and took my bag with me instead of putting it back with other bags/luggage. We were supposed to arrive at 2:45pm, however, we arrived around 5pm!! Tips: Please be careful about your luggage! Keep an eye on it especially if your bus is going to make more than 1 stop!

Cons: You need to come up with a system so my bag does not get taken out at the wrong stop. I had to get back on the bus and drive back to Bethesda and thankfully my bag was still there on the street corner!! Why couldn’t you put a colored sticker on each bag? Tips: If you get off at a second stop watch the baggage coming out at the first stop to ensure yours doesn’t get left at the wrong stop!
