Amtrak

Pros: The staff. That’s my favorite part. Sometimes there’s delays, or so many riders that there’s no space to walk through. But the staff always makes sure that I’m not uncomfortable or confused. Cons: The prices? I don’t mean lower the prices, but have a set price. It’s hard for me to book sometimes because the price changes. Tips: Make sure the number on your ticket matches the number of the train or bus you’re getting on. That’s the part I see people get confused on the most.
