Pros: I like how the bus is not packed because of the coronavirus. But they still practice social distancing to keep everyone safe. Cons: The bathroom. The floors are always sticky and it smells so disgusting I almost through up. Please clean and put automatic air fresheners in bathroom and main part of the busses. Please. Tips: Please cover your mouth when you cough and keep the talking to a minimum or at least keep the volume down. No one cares about what you have to say to other people.

Pros: The time slot was perfect and not alot of passengers for most of the trip. Cons: That if you're running late or behind schedule I think that you should let passengers know along the way so we can let our loved ones know who might be waiting or if we're gona make it in time for the connecting bus or train at our arrival destination. Tips: Please get off your phones or talk quietly even while talking with other passengers. Keep it to a minimum or just talk quietly. It's just ridiculous sometimes.
