Amtrak California Zephyr

Pros: was good until we neared Omaha, took over 1 hour to get in after being told we would be on time then sat/stood inside the trains for over 30 minutes waiting to be let off the but train was stopped at "station" condition of "platform" was terrible, rugged, hard to walk, difficult to see in the dark with poor lighting and cold. Cons: condition of Omaha platform and station if late be honest and convey honest delay of time especially when told it was on time and there were no delays. Tips: give delay information as it occurs so that the passenger can call those coming to pick up improve on line info.
