Amtrak

Pros: Booking the trip was easy, and the travel itself felt good. I arrived to my destination within 10 minutes of when I was supposed to arrive. Cons: More information could be provided about loading on the bus at the Amtrak station. The station intercoms stated several times that the bus was currently loading, while in reality, the bus showed up a couple minutes late. This was probably a personal issue in that I’d never taken a bus through AMTRAK before and hadn’t known how the process worked, but it would have been helpful (and saved me some panic) to know exactly where to go. Tips: Know where to go when loading busses! The process moves fairly quickly, and it’s good to be there early to make sure you catch your ride.
