Amtrak Pennsylvanian

Pros: It's a beautiful humane way to travel and maintain your dignity. The beginning crew was wonderful and the crew that came in to relieve them acted like prison wardens. I assumed they had their reasons. I love the COFFEE & FOOD. Cons: The staff was either amazingly professional or dismissive and rude. Outlet did not work. Tips: Pack light. Use headphones. Bring crayons for the kiddos!

Pros: Jean selling coffee! Great coffee! Great services! Cons: The chubby conductor who pushed an older woman out of the way while saying he needed to get past her to open the doors meanwhile she was trying to get out to exit the train. In 30 years I've never seen an Amtrak conductor do that. Conductors are usually extremely helpful. The conductor who helped me board the train in Latrobe was wonderful but this guy who got on later was incredibly rude to that woman. Tips: Great company great friends great coffee great conversation beautiful staff for the most part leisurely way to travel comfortably. Please keep this service affordable. You need to improve Wi-Fi service it is spotty.
