Pros: I loved the scenery. The train staff on both the trips were very nice. The staff in particular on train 94 went above and beyond to make sure the passengers were comfortable, happy, and taken care of. The lady sitting by me did not speak English well. She was on the wrong train. The conductor who was checking tickets was very helpful and helped her make calls so she could stay on that train and not get off at the next stop. I was very impressed and look forward to traveling via Amtrak again. Cons: I was perfectly happy and nothing stands out as far as needing improvement. Tips: Make sure you can sit by the window so you can see all the pretty scenery.
