Pros: The employee working at Riverside Station was very friendly and gave a speech before departing about the destination, stops, wifi, where the bathroom/outlets were, etc. I always go on these buses from wanderu and this was the first time I've heard someone give a speech before departing which I really appreciated. Cons: Speeches about the wifi, destination, and stops should be given every time before a bus departs. Better wifi because did not work on certain apps and only safari. Tips: Arrive on time because it is a first-come, first-serve basis!

Pros: I was getting dropped off in Newton to a place I had never been before. The guy in charge was most courteous, checked me in, gave me a # and a bottle of water. He told me, he would let me know when my bus ride was here. I felt like I was in great hands. He did indeed, helped me with my luggage. He ran the place in a very orderly fashion. I used the bathroom at the station and on bus. Both very clean. A wonderful way to travel, and be able to sightsee as others are driving. Bus driver drove very smoothly. I really enjoyed myself. Thank you!!! Cons: Nothing. Perfect. Tips: Sit back and relax.
