Pros: Seats were decently comfortable and bus was quite. Cons: Bus driver did not stay true to time on break. 15 minute break had turned into 25 + for the bus driver which had prolonged the bus trip. I was not happy about that. Tips: Bring headphones if you’re going to listen to music, etc it is courteous to the rest of the passengers. Bring a jacket or a double layer as the bus sometimes can be cold.

Pros: I really liked how helpful the staff were, as well as the effective communication about destination and schedule throughout the trip. Cons: My name was initially missing from the list of passengers despite having a confirmation email, which led to some concern and confusion. I would like it in the future for the list to be updated so customers wouldn't have to panic about whether they would be able to board. Tips: Speak with the attendants to confirm details well before the departure time.
