Pros: Friendly staff safe travels arrived on time. Cons: Not much everything was good. Tips: Not really everyone was sleeping.

Pros: The driver explained the rules of the bus and at the 15 minute rest stop he made sure everybody was accounted for before taking off. Cons: Wide seats and working phone chargers. Tips: The trip from Chinatown to Norfolk is horrible but from Norfolk to New York is not that bad.

Pros: The staff was kind and answered any questions or concerns I had. I got to my destination safely and on time. Tips: If you prefer a clean bus with great air conditioning, I recommend Sprinter Bus. Enjoy the ride!

Pros: It is as relatively on time. Cons: The seats on the bus are incredibly uncomfortable, my rear is in pain, my neck feels cracked, my back is strained. I’m in my 20s but that bus needs an update. Tips: Bring a neck pillow!!

Pros: The driver came late, he apologized because of traffic he got no control over that. The bus was clean, the ride comfortably and we get there on time. The driver provide good customer service 👍. Cons: Nothing. Tips: You won’t regret your money !

Pros: Bus left nyc on time (4pm) Arrived on time Ride was smooth. Driver was welcoming and professional. It's been 9 years since I traveled with Sprinter bus, the service and trip was just as professional and prompt as it was 9 years ago . I would gladly reccomend Sprinter to anyone traveling from New York City. Cons: Everything was more than satisfactory. Tips: A very safe and professional operation.

Pros: My trip was great! If I had someone to take me to the bus at that time that would be my choice. Cons: Nothing to improve. Tips: Give it a try and see for yourself you would be amazed.

Pros: How you can put your feet on the bottom thing on back of the chair keep feet comfortable. Cons: Idk really there nun i i know bout bused. Tips: This easy joy ride get where u going.

Pros: The belt buckels attached to the seats were a massive problem. I had an isle seat and for the majority of the trip the buckel was jamming into the side painfully. When the bus driver let me change seats I had the same problem. Thankfully I had a seat cushion with me. Luckily I'm able bodied but this could be more of a problem with somone who is disabled. Cons: RAISE the seat cushions and LOWER the seat belt buckels.

Pros: Bus driver was very nice and respectful, he made the trip safe and comfortable. The bus was clean and every was working. Loved that we arrived on time. Cons: Could not connect to wifi. I lost a day of my vacation because the busses were canceled on Sunday, the day I booked. I didn't get a call until 3pm on Saturday to let me know that I needed to leave at 4pm that day or Monday. If I had more advance notice I could have left Saturday and saved my day. Tips: It was a great trip, if you're traveling please bring masks if you or your child has a cold and hand sanitizer. Always be respectful of each other.
